Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any mobile application, website, or service provided by AppHüs, LLC ("AppHüs", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our apps or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps or services.

01Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our apps. Some apps may have additional age requirements stated in the App Store listing or within the app itself.

02License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AppHüs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our apps on compatible devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

03Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

04In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Our apps may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

05User Content

If an app allows you to submit content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant AppHüs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use such content solely to operate and improve our apps and services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

06Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our apps
• Use our apps to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt our services
• Use our apps to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with our apps without written permission

07Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, code, and the AppHüs name and marks, are the property of AppHüs, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

08Third-Party Services

Our apps may link to or integrate with third-party services, products, or content. AppHüs does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

09Disclaimers

Our apps and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AppHüs does not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppHüs, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our apps or services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppHüs, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your use of our apps, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps and services at any time, with or without notice or cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our apps will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Your continued use of our apps after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our apps shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
