About

A studio in Texas.
With Nordic bones.

AppHüs houses iOS apps. A few at a time. The ones we believe in. Each app lives under its own identity. AppHüs is the roof they all share.

01The name

Hüs is how the word house lands in Old Norse, Swedish, and southern German dialects: a shelter, a workshop, a place where things are made. We kept the umlaut on purpose. It's a small, honest marker of where our design instincts come from, and a visual hook we can reuse everywhere.

Say it like "App House." The ü reads as a long "oo." Say it the English way; let the spelling do the cultural work.

02How we build

Scandinavian minimalism meets Germanic precision. Dark surfaces, cool light, honest geometry. No ornament without a reason.

We make apps that feel like rooms in a well-made house: warm where it matters, cold where it should be, and never shouting at the user.

03How we ship

A few apps at a time. The ones we believe in. No roadmaps, no countdowns. When something's ready, it ships. When it's not, we keep building.

The work talks louder than we do.
